Cancellation Policy
As a customer, you have the option to cancel your order by phoning our customer care at any time up until the cutoff time of the slot for which you have made an order. If such is the case, we will reimburse you for any money you have already paid for the order. We have the right to cancel any orders if we suspect a fraudulent transaction by a customer or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using the website. We shall keep track of all fraudulent transactions and customers on a negative list, and we’ll either cancel their orders or refuse them access.
Refund Policy
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds will be initiated once the return product is received at the warehouse and undergone the necessary inspections. The entire process might take 15 working days.
